I love experimenting with my cast iron pans!
Eggs are a complete protein (almost 100%), and they are one of the best for you after a work-out. This egg bake requires no crust, just heat some oil in a cast iron pan and pour scrambled eggs over toppings of your choice.
Let it sit on low on the stove-top for a few minutes before popping it in the oven (350 degrees). Usually takes about 10-15 minutes depending on the size of the pan and the amount of eggs you want.
I use a small cast iron pan with 3-4 eggs, onion, broccoli, mushrooms – sauteed. I mixed in chopped baby kale with the egg and poured it over the veggies, and baked for 12 minutes.
