Heathy Honey & Lemon-Garlic Wings

This recipe is so easy! In a saucepan, add raw honey, garlic powder, ground ginger, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and water. If you like it spicy like me, add some paprika, crushed red pepper, or cayenne! Bring it all to a boil for a few minutes, let it cool, pour over chicken of your choice (I love the legs!) and marinate in the refrigerator–the longer the better! Bake in the oven at 400* for an hour or cook outside on the grill. Goes great with quinoa (hint: view last post) Mmm! 🙂
