For years, I struggled with a distorted body image that controlled my life and had a huge impact on my self esteem.
Now, I’ve decided to embrace who I am and accept the fact that I’m not built to be super skinny. My curves, my strong legs and back–it’s me.
Along this journey, I’ve discovered an incredible passion for both eating healthy and enjoying good food. (A crazy combination, right?)
When I’m cooking, I’m enveloped a sort of peaceful bliss, like reaching the top of a mountain or crossing the finish line of a race.
My motto? Always have the courage to be imperfect and vulnerable and take passionate risks. Set the bar high, dedicate, work hard, and achieve your dreams. And never leave a bite behind.
